These rules are mandatory during your reservation and form an integral part of the lodging contract. Please share them with all members of your group. Non-compliance may result in deductions from the security deposit, fines or additional charges, or immediate termination of the stay without right to refund.
Prohibitions and inappropriate behavior
- Parties, gatherings or social events are not allowed unless previously authorized in writing.
- Smoking is prohibited in any area of the accommodation. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
- Pets are not accepted without written approval prior to check-in.
- Unregistered visitors are not allowed. Entry of unauthorized third parties implies immediate contract termination without right to refund.
- Use of fireworks or bonfires is not permitted.
- Moving mattresses, cushions or furniture from their designated place is prohibited. Furniture must not be moved outdoors.
- Any act of sex tourism, illegal drug consumption or indecent exposure is prohibited. These acts will result in immediate eviction and reporting to authorities.
Coexistence and noise control
- Music at high levels is not allowed. Volume of music, television or conversations must be kept moderate between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Property staff is authorized to remind these rules respectfully.
- Any violation will be penalized through direct deduction from the security deposit.
Responsible use of the property
- The guest agrees to properly use furniture, appliances, decorative elements and facilities.
- Making structural or decorative alterations without authorization is prohibited.
- Inventory verification will be conducted at the beginning and end of the stay. Damages or losses will be deducted from the security deposit.
Air conditioning and energy efficiency
- Turn off air conditioners when you are not at the accommodation.
- Do not leave them on if there are open doors or windows.
- Improper use may generate charges for excessive consumption or early maintenance.
Cleaning and order
- Keep the accommodation in reasonable clean conditions during your stay.
- Mid-stay cleaning service is available upon request and with additional cost.
- At check-out time:
- There should be no accumulated trash.
- The kitchen must be tidy and clean.
- Do not leave waste or spoiled food.
Security and responsibility
- Always lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Do not share keys or codes with unauthorized persons.
- KeyPoint Hosting, LLC. is not responsible for lost objects, thefts or carelessness.
Children and maximum occupancy
- Minors must always be under adult supervision.
- Children aged 0 to 2 do not count as guests.
- The maximum authorized capacity for each accommodation must be respected.
- Some areas (such as treehouses) may be restricted for safety reasons.
Bathroom use
- Do not throw solids or paper into the toilet. Use the provided trash can.
- Improper use can damage the drainage system and generate repair costs.
Energy and lights use
- Turn off lights in common and outdoor areas when sleeping or leaving.
- Help us preserve the environment with responsible energy consumption.
Penalties for non-compliance
The following actions may be taken in response to violations:
Total or partial retention of the security deposit.
Additional charges for cleaning, damages or excessive consumption.
Early contract termination without right to refund.
Blocking of future reservations and reporting to booking platforms.
